Within the fibrous embrace of cotton, I’ve unleashed a whirlwind of emotions in an expressive, geometric embrace. This piece represents the chaotic beauty of growth and decay, with monochromatic tones that sing a symphony of depth and texture.
Each stitch is a note in the symphony of the universe. Abstract shapes merge with geometric precision to evoke the waxing and waning of existence. The work pulsates with an energy that poetically intertwines order and chaos. The theme of the work expresses the wonder of life as it cycles through the entire forest.
In this work, he captures the ethereal dance between the subtle beauty of nature and its underlying life force. The use of sumi ink and iwana pigments on cloud skin linen paper blends abstract and symbolic elements, with lively flowers radiating warmth and fire, and an intricate web of spiders’ webs suggesting interconnectedness and the cycle of life.
